Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent education/experience.
• 0-2 years of management experience.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department manufacturing functions across shifts to meet production schedules.
• Resolve operational, process, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and downtime.
• Schedule personnel and assign work to meet production requirements efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to production priorities and safety standards.
• Maintain records, shift reports, and Kronos timekeeping accuracy.
• Provide feedback, training, and development for team members.
• Monitor quality and performance, maintain budget, and collaborate with other departments.
• Support safety initiatives and participate in safety meetings.
