Job summary

WAC Group is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team of assembly and manufacturing operators at our Lithia Springs, GA facility. You will drive daily production scheduling, coach staff, uphold safety and quality, and push continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer shipments.

You will collaborate with Warehouse, Shipping, and Quality teams, manage lean projects, and ensure targets, efficiency, and a positive, accountable work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments.
• Proven ability to motivate teams, drive accountability, resolve conflicts, and foster team engagement.
• Experience driving and meeting productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily floor leadership and production scheduling for manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Develop, train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve productivity, quality, and safety objectives.
• Meet and exceed all safety and OSHA compliance requirements.
• Ensure daily production targets are met to support daily and priority customer shipments.
• Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Shipping, and Quality teams to meet customer requirements.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives focused on improving efficiency and reducing waste.
