IEG Plastics is seeking a Working Shift Supervisor to oversee production during the 2nd shift. You will lead a team across multiple injection molding machines, coordinate staffing, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and 5S standards.

The role requires leadership, problem-solving, and a collaborative approach to meet production schedules and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations across multiple injection molding machines.
• Assign staff, manage labor, ensure staffing levels.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust to meet customer needs.
• Support mold changes, troubleshooting, and operational needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure safety and 5S compliance.
