Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive injection molded parts production and technical supervision.
• Ability to deploy structured problem-solving processes in injection dept.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Computer skills.
• Must be a team player, flexible, and have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safety, quality, cost and delivery of assigned shift.
• Lead team and promote teamwork to achieve objectives.
• Closely monitor quality levels and root cause; correct non-conformances.
• Maintain processes per the process control plans and ensure associates follow standards.
• Supervise production associates.
• Consistently apply policies and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate continuous improvement plans.
• Understand customer requirements in terms of quality and delivery.
• Provide feedback to Injection Area Manager about quality or production concerns.
• Develop associates into cross-trained, high performing team members.
• Control Training Plan completion.
