Brooks Instrument, LLC in Hatfield, PA seeks a Production Supervisor to lead first- and second-shift manufacturing of industrial products. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while coordinating with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet customer needs.

You will implement Lean practices, coach employees, and manage staffing, training, and performance to sustain continuous improvement in a high-precision environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of three years of supervisory or team‑leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising across multiple shifts or split-shift schedules.
• Knowledge of vacuum, pressure, flow-control, instrumentation, or related products preferred.
• Lean manufacturing and 5S experience preferred.
• ISO 9001 or similar quality-system experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for first- and second-shift staff.
• Set daily production priorities, staffing, and schedules based on demand.
• Coordinate handoffs between shifts and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets across shifts.
• Support continuous improvement using ITW Toolbox and Lean methods.
• Ensure training, timekeeping, and documentation are completed accurately.
