Job summary

Centor/Gerresheimer seeks a Production Shift Supervisor to lead a designated shift and oversee production, packaging and quality for finished goods. You will coordinate daily assignments, ensure machine operation, monitor quality with SPC, and maintain records in SAP while promoting GMP and safety.

This role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership, ability to read blueprints, operate forklift, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Three–Five years of related manufacturing experience.
• Experience directing and supervising employees.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow established technical and administrative procedures.
• Basic computer skills; forklift license.
• Able to read blueprints; read calipers and gauges.
• Statistical Process Control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review shift operations, schedules, and material availability.
• Coordinate daily assignments and ensure proper machine operation.
• Direct maintenance and quality control on 2nd/3rd shifts.
• Train new employees on equipment and processes.
• Maintain production records in SAP and monitor attendance.
• Ensure safety, GMP, and housekeeping compliance.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager, Operators, QC, and Maintenance.
