Job summary

Genpak is seeking a Production Supervisor to provide hands-on oversight of a 24/7 production shift in a plastics manufacturing environment. You will supervise a team and ensure safety, quality and efficiency to meet customer specifications.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on training, performance management and continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of GMP, SQF, and safety standards.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing, extrusion or thermoforming preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 24/7 production shift of up to 30 employees.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations.
• Plan daily work assignments and material flow.
• Train staff on safety, process, and policies.
• Track performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead shift hand-offs and respond to incidents.
