Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/production preferred.
• Supervisory training is a plus.
• Detail oriented and able to supervise 20–70 employees.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production machine operations and ensure changes run on time.
• Verify batch records and GMP compliance.
• Train and supervise staff; monitor attendance and timecards.
• Maintain production line scheduling and personnel rosters.
• Communicate quality observations to Quality Management.
