Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a shift in our state‑of‑the‑art facility. You will ensure safety, quality and performance while developing a capable team and meeting production targets.

This role requires hands‑on leadership, strong problem solving, and cross‑functional collaboration. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in food manufacturing, knowledge of GMPs, and experience in Lean/TPM environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in food manufacturing on production floor.
• Experience in food processing, packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and knowledge of GMPs.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement environment (Lean or TPM).
• Lead safely with housekeeping and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift, line, or area to deliver production plan on time and within quality standards.
• Develop an engaged, capable team through staffing, onboarding, training and accountability.
• Collaborate across functions to improve line performance and resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation and escalate key risks and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement using TPM and root-cause problem solving.
