Job summary

Nestlé S.A. seeks a Production Supervisor to provide tactical direction for a manufacturing team on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure safe, sanitary production areas, and lead staff to meet plant objectives.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in manufacturing/engineering/business administration and 3–5 years in manufacturing, preferably food. SAP experience and knowledge of digital tools are valued. Salary range is competitive with incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business administration preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a similar manufacturing role, ideally in food industry.
• Strong computer skills and problem solving; coaching abilities are necessary.
• Exposure to digital manufacturing tools (e.g., POKA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities to maximize efficiency, yield, and product flow.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, SSOP, FTQ compliance and safety standards.
• Manage controllable costs (labor and materials) during shifts.
• Lead, train and develop associates; provide coaching and problem solving.
