Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years manufacturing experience externally or 3 years internally.
• Proven mentoring/leading/supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule including overtime and weekends; responsive to operations communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage workflow; assign tasks and maintain staffing.
• Operate and support equipment; troubleshoot basic issues.
• Lead and train team; set daily/weekly/monthly goals; monitor performance.
