Job summary

MetOx International in Houston, TX, seeks a Production Technician I to operate specialized equipment, manufacture and package high-quality products in a clean, climate-controlled environment. You will use control systems to select recipes, monitor processes, and provide input to engineers for equipment improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with technical coursework.
• 1 year experience in manufacturing or mechanical support.
• Basic computer skills and ability to log actions in records.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized equipment per SOP under supervision.
• Follow safe work practices and support safety culture.
• Complete training and certifications for equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of facility and equipment.
• Maintain organized work areas using 5S methodology.
• Perform minor repairs and assist with TPM activities.
• Support flexible hours to meet production goals.
• Assist in receiving goods, including gas cylinders and dewars.
