Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean, 6S, and TPM is required.
• Ability to reduce waste through continuous improvement of processes.
• Proficiency with SAP, UKG, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Aligns with business goals for Roofing and Asphalt; drives operational excellence.
• Coordinates with peers to achieve safety, quality, cost control, inclusion and engagement.
• Develops staff understanding of equipment, processes, and inter-relations across shift boundaries.
• Maintains TPM culture and ensures training materials are current and changes are reflected in T&D pillars.
