Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in manufacturing externally or 3 years internally.
• Experience mentoring, leading, or supervising teams.
• Flexible schedule including overtime, weekends, and shift pass-downs.
• Internal: fully certified on all tools with good standing in past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow and assign responsibilities to meet production targets.
• Develop and maintain shift schedules for adequate staffing.
• Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth workflows.
• Provide guidance and feedback; monitor performance and progress toward goals.
• Analyze production data and suggest process improvements.
