Colgate in Washington Court House, Ohio is seeking a production shift supervisor to lead and coordinate multiple process areas, plan and assign work, coach teams, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. The role supports continuous improvement in a GMP and food-safety focused environment.

Competenze

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Willing to work varying shifts and schedules.
• Lifts up to 55 lbs; able to work on concrete floor.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership for full shift or multiple process areas.
• Plan work for associates.
• Assign work for associates.
• Motivate and coach associates.
• Measure the work of other associates.
• Ensure process reports are completed accurately and timely.
• Monitor production lines and report downtimes.
• Facilitate communication with leads and operators for changeovers.
• Arrange supplies and resources for line operation.
• Meet or exceed plant productivity goals for the shift.
• Ensure safety and GMP policies are followed.
• Maintain high sanitation levels on site.
• Foster positive culture and address concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
