Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company (Hill's Pet Nutrition) is seeking a Process Operator to support inbound bulk ingredient unloading and mill room batching at our Washington Court House, Ohio site. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will perform QC checks, handle inventory movements, and collaborate with teams to ensure timely replenishment and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work varying shifts and schedules.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and rail cars and move inventory.
• Perform shift documentation for quality purposes.
• Obtain ingredient samples and bin measurements.
• Must be forklift certified or qualify.
• Understand production schedules, computer systems, and inventory procedures.
• Communicate to ensure timely material replenishment.
• Accurately perform QC checks and document results.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
