Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
• 3+ years of direct supervisory/managment experience in manufacturing
• Ability to manage complex production activities under tight timelines
• Physical requirements for a 24-hour operation with PPE and shifts including nights/weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of Operations Technicians; set schedules and production sequences
• Drive Autonomous Maintenance program and diagnose tools to eliminate losses
• Track KPIs, analyze yield and inventory variances for improvement
• Ensure EH&S, Quality Assurance, and GMP compliance; lead audits and CAPA
• Coach and develop technicians; map career pathways and provide feedback
