Job summary

You will lead a technically minded team of technicians, coach staff, and spearhead initiatives such as Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Operational Excellence (OPEX) to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness and optimize yield.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience required.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with PPE and hazardous conditions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of Operation Technicians engaged in production.
• Plan and establish work schedules and production sequences to meet goals.
• Coordinate with supervisors to align operations across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance performance and safety.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
