Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, ideally in Engineering, Science, Operations or Business.
• Minimum 2 years (3 years preferred) manufacturing or related industry experience.
• Minimum 1 year (2 years preferred) leadership/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and 25+ personnel on rotating shifts.
• Drive safety to achieve zero injuries and safe work practices.
• Manage resources to meet production schedules safely and efficiently.
• Maximize product quality and delivery to satisfy customer needs.
• Coach and develop operators, enforce standards, and drive continuous improvement.
