Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing setting.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience leading a large team in a manufacturing setting highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; High School degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities on shift.
• Ensure materials, instructions, machine availability, and training meet production requirements.
• Observe and enforce safety, efficiency, and quality to reduce scrap and waste.
• Maintain shift records on attendance, absences, and overtime in ADP.
• Support and ensure adherence to lean tools (6S, Visual Management, RTFT, Tier Communication).
• Perform other tasks as requested by Direct Management.
