Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of one or more major manufacturing functions on a shift.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, instructions, and training for production requirements.
• Monitor safety, efficiency, and production performance; reduce scrap and waste.
• Evaluate process and performance; make recommendations.
• Maintain shift records for attendance and overtime; approve time in ADP.
• Handle first-step grievances; enforce company policies.
• Utilize lean tools such as 6S, Visual Management, RTFT and Tier Communication.
• Perform other tasks as requested by Direct Management.
