Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing setting.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience leading a large team in a manufacturing setting highly preferred.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan shift work and production using up-to-date process knowledge.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, instructions, and training for staff.
• Monitor safety, efficiency, and scrap reduction; evaluate performance.
• Maintain shift records: attendance, absences, overtime; approve time in ADP.
• Address first-step grievances per policy.
• Apply lean tools (6S, Visual Management, RTFT, Tier Communication).
• Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by management.
