Job summary

EGGER North America is seeking a Shift Production Supervisor to lead a high-volume production line on a 12-hour rotating schedule. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives while cultivating a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

You will manage hourly employees, ensure SOP adherence, monitor schedules, and participate in performance reviews and wage processes. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and effective communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership presence with ability to motivate and coach employees.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean tools.
• OSHA safety standards knowledge and EHS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output goals.
• Monitor production schedules and resources for efficient workflow.
• Enforce SOPs and best practices; resolve issues in real time.
• Lead shift start-up/shutdown and ensure safe transitions.
• Maintain EGGER standards on the production floor (Safety, Housekeeping).
• Conduct daily safety observations and toolbox talks; report incidents.
• Coach hourly employees and participate in performance reviews and wage discussions.
• Oversee attendance/timekeeping in SAP TMW; support recruitment and onboarding.
