Job summary

Essex Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the manufacturing workforce, enforce plant standards, and support the Manufacturing Manager in achieving production targets.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong communication, and the ability to implement process improvements while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment across a 12-hour day/night shift rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising manufacturing staff is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with management and staff.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and ISO 9001/IATF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of employees in a manufacturing setting.
• Aid the Manufacturing Manager and support plant objectives.
• Ensure compliance with plant personnel and production standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment following 5S principles.
• Coordinate with service groups and complete assigned tasks.
