Job summary

EGGER North America seeks a hands-on Shift Production Supervisor in Lexington, NC to lead daily production activities in a high-volume facility. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time output while mentoring hourly team members and driving continuous improvement.

You will supervise start-up/shutdown, enforce SOPs, coach staff, manage attendance in SAP TMW, and partner with Quality and Maintenance to resolve issues. This role requires strong leadership and OSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output goals.
• Monitor production schedules and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and manufacturing best practices.
• Identify and resolve production and process issues in real time, escalating where necessary.
• Oversee shift start-up and shutdown activities to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
• Maintain EGGER standards for safety and housekeeping.
