Qualifications

• Safety ownership and adherence to GMP are essential.
• Basic knowledge of equipment is expected.

Responsibilities

• First-line supervisor for production operations and personnel.
• Ensure procedures are followed and product quality is maintained.
• Optimize labor, production line, and material utilization.
• Administer company policies and procedures as required.
• Facilitate effective communication between shifts and departments.
• Ensure employees comply with plant safety policies, GMP, and food safety.
• Oversee adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
