Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a full-time Production Lead to supervise daily manufacturing operations during the shift. You will train staff, monitor production flow, and ensure products are manufactured safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance and safety, conducting shift huddles, and reporting on outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and Excel proficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Lead/Supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to enforce safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel and workflow during shift.
• Train new hires and transfers into department.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality controls.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Safety teams on issues.
• Lead shift meetings and pass on critical information to next shift.
• Prepare production reports and track performance metrics.
