Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a full-time Production Lead to supervise and train production personnel across the shift. You will ensure safe operations, high-quality output, and timely delivery to customers, while maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures.

The role requires overseeing station operations, coaching new hires, coordinating with maintenance and management, and driving safety and efficiency on the production floor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of lead/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to train and develop production staff.
• Proficiency with MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel, production workflow, safety and quality.
• Operate stations of the work center for training and troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and communicated.
• Assist Production Manager with staffing and workflow.
• Lead shift start/end meetings and coordinate with next shift.
• Maintain safety equipment and safety awareness throughout shift.
• Monitor quality and production capacity, report hazards to maintenance/safety.
