Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing or production team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
• Experience training and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Set production goals and expectations.
• Visually inspect and test machinery, set up and operate equipment.
• Operate forklift and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Inspect work in progress and finished product; oversee maintenance program.
• Track inventory and report usage; analyze production reports.
