Job summary

The role acts as a liaison between front-line employees and management, translating schedules into actionable directives. You will oversee safety training, attendance, and production documentation, and you may lead shift meetings and coordinate with other departments while maintaining open communication and ensuring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in production/manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team.
• Demonstrated reliability and positive attitude.
• Experience leading people is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policies and safety regulations; report issues to management.
• Enter safety information into compliance software as directed.
• Execute production schedule and identify gaps or changes.
• Fill in by working in production when gaps are noted.
• Ensure employees receive appropriate training (compliance, safety, or technical).
• Package production documents for processing.
