Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to guide and train production employees and coordinate quality checks on the assigned production line.

The position is 2nd shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM), Monday through Friday with every other weekend. You will train and direct 12–40 staff, assign plant operations, ensure safety and quality, meet production schedules, and monitor usage and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
• Sponsorship for work authorization is not available.
