Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage all production and packaging activities across assigned shifts, ensuring safe, quality output and efficient labor usage. You will drive scheduling, line priorities and continuous improvement on the floor.

The role requires strong leadership, GMP knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with maintenance, QA and logistics to minimize waste and downtime while safeguarding compliance and product integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge and experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of Kronos timekeeping system and SAP.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and packaging to meet safety and efficiency goals.
• Plan production orders and prioritize manufacturing activities.
• Monitor inventory rotation and ensure GMP practices.
• Lead 100+ direct reports and supervise shift teams.
• Ensure 5S, safety compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Review schedules and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare reports and present to management.
• Train and develop staff; manage payroll and scheduling.
