Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6:30 AM–3:00 PM) with weekend work on alternating weeks. The role oversees line setup, training 12–40 staff, and driving continuous improvement.

You will ensure safety, documentation, and quality controls while coordinating with multiple departments to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months related work experience or training.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision yet be flexible and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-op and tear down and coordinate lines setup.
• Review production issues, production schedule orders and product specifications; coordinate with other departments to prevent downtime.
• Lead and train 12–40 employees and drive continuous improvement plant-wide.
• Assign personnel to work stations, provide training, and ensure corrective actions for non-compliance.
