Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a responsible production lead to supervise pre-op and tear down activities across shifts. You will coordinate line setups, review schedules, and work with multiple departments to prevent downtime and drive improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to train associates while maintaining accurate records for lot tracking, waste, and quality checks. Safety is paramount on the floor.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and approachable with strong teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• High school diploma or GED; training or experience in manufacturing/leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-op and tear down per shift and coordinate lines setup.
• Review production schedules, issues, and product specs to minimize downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement plant-wide and assign personnel to work stations.
• Provide associate training and ensure documentation and record keeping (lot tracking, waste, quality checks).
• Ensure safety and compliance, read and interpret production reports and forms.
