Job summary

You will lead a team of 12–40 workers, assign plant operations during the 1st shift, and ensure production schedules are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
