Job summary

creative werks is seeking a Process Lead to improve and standardize production performance across three shifts in a safety- and quality-focused environment. This role oversees line analysis, downtime, and scrap, driving operational improvements through project management and SOP development.

You will train and supervise a production team, maintain KPI dashboards, and collaborate with Maintenance and Quality to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. Weekend and shift coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, problem solving, Lean or Six Sigma.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Improve and standardize production performance across three shifts.
• Maintain and publish KPI metrics, downtime paretos, and OEE data.
• Create and train SOPs; coordinate with Maintenance and Quality.
• Lead production team, coach and train on new procedures and skills.
• Ensure safe work environment and adherence to safety practices.
