Job summary

Menzies Aviation LATAM is hiring for a shift supervisor role in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee day‑to‑day activities of a specific shift, manage employee groups, maintenance and timekeeping accuracy, and ensure efficient workload handling while utilizing company and client vehicles and equipment.

The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, at least a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Some supervisory/management in shift work environment experience necessary.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, understand, direct and carry out instructions in English.
• Must be a citizen of the United States or possess the necessary authorization from INS.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to perform all duties of subordinate employees when necessary.
• Schedule personnel daily and furnish copy to Account Manager. Obtain written approval for necessary use of overtime in advance.
• Monitor employee activity and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure employees follow all regulations/procedures.
• Communicate effectively with fellow employees and client representatives.
• Report safety hazards and equipment problems to Account Manager or General Manager.
