Job summary

Hallmark Aviation Services is seeking a Supervisor for an International Airline in Atlanta, GA. The role supports the Airline Account Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks, coordinating with the airline client and station manager to uphold high quality standards.

Qualified candidates will have at least 18 months of airline experience, strong leadership, excellent customer focus, and the ability to work across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months airline experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance from US CBP which requires valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency.
• English proficient.
• Basic Math skills: Adding, Subtracting, Division, and Multiplication.
• Reading & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Airline Account Manager with operational and administrative processes.
• Coordinate with airline client/station manager to meet high quality standards.
• Able to work morning, afternoon and/or night shift.
• Work harmoniously in a team environment and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
