Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year/associate degree required.
• Minimum AS degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Food Science, Technology, Math, etc.).
• Preferred BS in a STEM field or enrollment in a 4-year STEM degree program.
• Experience may substitute for formal education.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the shift line team to meet and exceed performance standards in Safety, Quality, Cost and Efficiency.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with site and corporate goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback to ensure accountability and high performance.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and drive waste reduction.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve production challenges.
