Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. in Lampasas, TX is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead TPM initiatives, improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime and food loss, and enhance overall OEE in our Lampasas plant.

The role drives continuous improvement culture, coaches leaders, and partners with AFNA's OpEx organization to deliver cost reductions and sustain TPM standards across all pillars. Qualified candidates will have manufacturing leadership experience and TPM/CI knowledge.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of TPM methodology, Lean principles or continuous improvement; CI tools preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills; able to motivate, develop, and inspire others.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem solving skills, and change management.
• Experience leading change initiatives and aligning stakeholders at all factory levels.
• Proven track record of driving results in a factory environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive TPM program leadership across AM, PM, FI, E&T pillars with factory teams.
• Coordinate TPM training for all factory levels.
• Lead TPM related activities to meet business targets and promote change.
• Coach health and well-being of TPM standards.
• Report TPM activities to AFNA central OpEx.
