Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. (AFNA) is seeking a production leader to deliver performance targets in safety, quality, cost, and efficiency within the assigned production area.

You will coach hourly team members, manage daily/weekly production plans, and drive continuous improvements using TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma frameworks. Collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams is essential for achieving plant objectives.

Formación

• 2 year / Associate Degree minimum in STEM; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: 2–4 years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• GMP/HACCP knowledge and food safety regulations.
• Experience deploying TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate the shift line team to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, and Efficiency targets.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with site and corporate goals.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to sustain improvements.
• Coach and develop hourly team members; promote skill proficiency and career growth.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality to resolve production challenges.
