Job summary

Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. is seeking a Second Shift Production Supervisor to lead the line in achieving safety, quality and cost targets.

You will coach hourly operators, develop production plans, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance, engineering and quality teams. Qualified candidates will have 2–4 years of manufacturing leadership, GMP/HACCP knowledge, and an Associate Degree in STEM (Bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• GMP and HACCP knowledge required.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading hourly production teams preferred.
• Associate degree in STEM or higher required; degree in progress accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift line to meet Safety, Quality, Cost and Efficiency targets.
• Develop and execute daily/weekly production plans.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Coach and develop hourly team members and cross-train for versatility.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and quality to resolve issues.
