Job summary

Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. seeks a Production Team Manager to lead and develop line teams across shifts, driving safety, quality, and efficiency improvements in a high-output food production facility.

You will plan production, coach staff, and collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality to meet site goals. Knowledge of GMP/HACCP and continuous improvement frameworks is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing line to meet safety, quality, cost and efficiency goals.
• Requires knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety policies.
• Strong coaching, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop line teams across multiple shifts.
• Develop daily/weekly/monthly production plans aligned to site goals.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and quality for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
