Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in the food industry preferred.
• GMP, HACCP knowledge and food safety awareness.
• Strong communication and team development skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive improvements.

Aufgaben

• Lead shift line team to meet Safety, Quality, Cost and Efficiency targets.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Provide coaching and feedback to hourly team members.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and waste reduction.
• Ensure GMP and HACCP compliance and monitor KPIs.
