Job summary

Shake Shack is hiring for a restaurant leadership role in Miami, FL. You will oversee shift operations, direct team members, and uphold safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential, along with at least 1 year in restaurant leadership. This role offers opportunities to mentor hourly staff, participate in hiring, and support inventory and purchasing tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
