Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a shift lead to manage service flow and direct the work of team members on a shift, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. You will help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members and may support purchasing, receiving, and inventory tasks.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience, holds a Food Safety Certification, and demonstrates strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
