Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of direct biologic manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in pharma settings.
• Extensive knowledge of SOPs and cGMPs.
• Experience with pharmaceutical technology transfer and process development.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of manufacturing unit operations on the floor.
• Provide direct training, guidance, and problem solving to ensure right‑first‑time results.
• Lead team development and leverage internal/external relationships.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and SOPs across the operation.
• Coordinate daily production schedules and shift handovers.
• Review critical attributes and drive process improvements.
