Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb’s Devens, MA manufacturing team is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead and optimize biopharmaceutical production operations on the floor, ensuring GMP-compliant performance and safety.

You will drive team development, coordinate with engineering and quality, monitor metrics, and implement process improvements while upholding a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS in science/engineering/biochemistry or related field required.
• 6+ years of direct biologic manufacturing experience; leadership preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of SOPs and cGMPs in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and tech transfer.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced, complex business environments; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of manufacturing unit operations on the floor.
• Ensure adherence to cGMPs and SOPs; manage schedule adherence.
• Lead and develop shift teams; conduct shift huddles and handovers.
• Review critical attributes; coordinate with ops engineers; drive improvements.
• Provide timely communications to management and partners.
