Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Maintenance and/or Biologic Process Manufacturing.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits (FDA, EMEA, etc.).
• Leadership experience managing personnel and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and operations at the Devens campus.
• Develops SOPs and technical documentation for operations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems; coordinate with Spare Parts.
• Lead performance improvement via KPIs and reliability initiatives.
