Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee with locations across several states, seeks an Assistant Manager to support store operations and lead teams during shifts. This role focuses on training, guest experience, and implementing brand standards to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

The position offers an hourly wage of $18.00–$22.50, with opportunities for growth into store management as experience increases.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee shift operations to deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Crew Members.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with planning, direction and controlling store operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness and labor/food cost controls.
• Recruiting, hiring and performance management as appropriate.
